Something is wrong with my tablet pc after a lot of downloads?

I downloaded videos, apps and games almost 8GB full memory and since I did that I search something in the Internet or trying to be on facebook and my tablet pc says something is wrong and gets me out! Then I tried to delete apps that I downloaded so it would not have full memory and I could be online but not for too long and I did the same thing again and again and the same thing happened I could be online but not for too long. Also sometimes I am trying to delete something that I downloaded and it does the same thing like when I am online (something is wrong) and closes! I can play games or use apps or watch videos that I downloaded but I can't be online and sometimes I can't delete anything! WHAT IS WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
