What add-on will remove the Facebook ticker for Firefox users?

I downloaded Greasemonkey in late September, but it stopped working--the ticker is back. I just tried Feed Filter, and it no longer works, either. It appears Facebook has made its ticker more resilient. I really want to get rid of it without switching to Google Chrome. Does anyone know of a Firefox add-on that still effectively removes the Facebook ticker?

and i'm trying to figure out how to get the ticker. I use firefox but I still don't have it and don't have any special ad-ons. whether you have the ticker or not, everybody can see what you are doing on facebook, so you might as well have it I think.
