How do you know if someone blocked you on twitter?

How do you know if someone blocked you on twitter?
I use to follow someone on twitter and then I stopped, and now when I go to look at his twitter from my account it says "no tweet results" but when I go to one of my friends who follows him I am able to click on him and see his tweets? Am I blocked or what?

There is currently no feature on Twitter that will allow you to know if someone has blocked you or not.
