How can you set the ''Add Friend '' and Message labels in facebook somehow no one can add?

Things have changed in Facebook. I like to know how I can set the facebook somehow no one can send messages or Add me as friend on facebook?
There is a notification in privacy setting> control How to connect which says the place of previous option has changed and it has been moved to Messages> Others part on the left side of HOME in
facebook.But there is only Basic control and Strict ...no one let you hide the Message button from your Profile.What should I do?I know that you can set it somehow but how?
Does this apply to some and then applies to others? It applies gradually???
I think some people have it and some do not have it.I sit right?

sry dear frnd facebook is a social networking site,where you can creat new friends and relationships and more but you can't do what you are saying...
if you don't want any friend request then change your visibility to only me,friends in that way no one can find out you till you don't interact with someone

You can do both.

Go to the Home drop-down menu at the top of any Facebook page and select “Privacy Settings.”
Click “Edit settings” in the “Basic Directory Information” section.

Change the setting for “Who can send you Friend Request” to Friends of Friends. ( Only Friends of Friends can see Add Friend button on your profile)

Change the setting for “Who can send you Facebook Messages” to Friends. ( Only Friends can see message button on your profile)

Click Done.

Go to Privacy Shortcuts to the left of the circle click on that this is a New Area in Facebook so its Not Under Regular Privacy Settings i Just Figured it out my Self Under there Click on who Can Contact Me From there you Should Find the Message Privacy Settings Make Sure its Set to Friends Only or Public Friend Request Privacy Setting is Under the Same Area Make Sure its Set to Everyone
