Queen Elizabeth on twitter?
I noticed that the Queen is on twitter but who actually writes those tweets? What do you think about it?

I think the tweets are written by Sir Alan Fitztightly.

No, the Queen is certainly not on Twitter, you probably saw one of the numerous parody accounts.
However, @BritishMonarchy is the official Twitter page for the British Royal Family, with royal aides providing updates, but no royals actually using it. |

Her Majesty does not "tweet", dear Marcus. It is far too common and vulgar. One shall leave that sort of thing to the twits.

No British Royals use Twitter in a personal capacity. There are official accounts - @BritishMonarchy and @ClarenceHouse - but neither are used by the royals themselves, but by those who are in the press/PR department of the households.

No, she's not on Twitter. People make parody/fictional accounts for all sorts of famous people, royalty in this situation. If you type in 'British Royal Family' on Twitter search, you'll see that someone has made parody accounts for Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton etc. Although Sarah Ferguson has got a real Twitter account used by her. They're not British Royals, but Crown Princess Mette- Marit of Norway, Queen Rania and Queen Noor of Jordan all have verified (real) accounts on Twitter.

Queen Elizabeth is not on Twitter. It's probably just a random person who has the user name Queen Elizabeth.
