Has anyone had a weird virus that sends e-mails about people in your facebook?

I received an odd e-mail from an anonymous e-mail account stating that I had something to worry about between two people in my life. The accusation was impossible, but none the less upsetting. Could a virus like this exist or is someone trying to cause problems?

Have you gotten drunk in the past 2 weeks? Alcohol can have a sort of 'sleeper agent' effect on its consumers. You may have inadvertently sent out emails. You should see your doctor and inquire about a condition called, Alcohol-induced Narcolepsy. Best of luck to you!
