Why won't my Dad's Facebook work?

Problem guys, I hooked up a computer for my Dad up stairs. Every website works fine BUT we run into a problem when we get onto Facebook.
Facebook.com itself comes up, I can log into it fine, when my Dad tries to long in an internet connection diagnostics page comes up.
I figured maybe they are working on your profile, went downstairs and logged into his profile just fine, came to the conclusion its with the computer upstairs and his email as my profile logs in fine on it.
Any suggestions to fix this problem?

its Possible your Dad Could Have a Virus on His Computer thats Controlling his Facebook Account info and Could be Preventing him From Going onto it i Would Do a Spywere/virus Scann
