Are sexual orientations merely a social construct?
It seems like naturally our sexuality is very complicated. Some people have the psychology and biology (genetics) of being passive or feminine, others of being dominant and masculine. Some range in between. Some men who were very masculine in history (such as ancient Greeks) took boy lovers who were more feminine. Still, on the "straight" side some men may prefer certain types of women while others don't. For example, some may love a bigger buttocks ("busty"/"booty") while others prefer more feminine traits. It seems to me that religion in general has defined what is "normal" and many people who are "bisexual'' by modern terms are choosing the "normal" side and hiding their reality. I think in the ancient world no one thought of "gay" marriage, maybe because for them marriage was about making children and societal/family construct rather than love (you know all these arranged marriages etc...). It seems as if the modern LGBT movement and the identities that appeared are just a reaction to the long persecution those people have suffered. It seems as if identities can be made up, they are not simply racial. For example, let an English population speak Esperanto and isolate them in a certain part of the country, later on they will develop their own identity and feeling, and they will not be labelled as English. An example is Acadians, the Jewish communities' identification (Mizrahi, Ashkenazi, etc...) and latin american / hispanic (people of different races with common culture). Sex is there to make babies. But nowadays people are having it for pleasure. In other words, whether you're a male having sex with a woman for pleasure or a man, there is no difference, because either ways you are only having pleasure and not aiming to make a baby. Religion has put homosexuality as "abnormal" because religion simply refuses any sexual act outside of marriage whether with a man or a woman, and having sex with a man cannot be included in a conventional marriage. I come from a country in the Middle East where people seem to view gay as only the passive man. They think it is natural for men to penetrate women, and in desperation they may do so for other men. What are your thoughts? Any refutations and counterarguments are accepted.

Take religion out of the equation and just look naturally, assholes weren't designed to have someone shove their cock in it.

It's called social engineering. Media, Government, etc. are telling you you must accept.
It's no ones business what happens behind closed room doors, yet we are taught we must accept it. They gave it a name, rights, lifestyle, tv shows, movies and newspapers.
