I am not receiving my facebook emails?

on Jan 1 all of a sudden I stopped receiving facebook emails from my contacts
I think I mean the notifications. You know when someone posts on your facebook it shows up in your email. Now it is not happening. When I go to facebook it tells me to check my activity log. I want it to be in my email like it was before.

You mean Messages off Facebook or notifications about Facebook to your email? If it's your Facebook messages, have you tried checking the folder beside the Inbox labeled 'Other?'

To change the Notification settings click the Astrix wheel-looking icon on the right hand top banner. Click "Account Settings" And click "Notifications." The notifications can be adjusted to your email however you want.
