How do i go about making a Website?
My brother is looking into making and hosting a little website for local information. I was wondering if anyone knew what went in to building it. How much does it cost for domain, hosting, servers or whatever else is needed for a simple website that will be merely a reference point for the local area. He plans on having links to blogs and similar things as well.
