How should i get my usb ports, bluetooth and webcam working again?
I reinstalled windows 7 home premium 64 bit, a few days ago on my laptop dell inspiron n4010, and, while formatting the disks, i accidentally formated and deleted the OEM partition, after that, i reinstalled all the drivers.

My sound driver, display driver, wifi driver, got installed successfully, but chipset drivers even though installed do not help, the usb ports do not recognize any usb device, the bluetooth, does not show on network adapters, or system bios. I tried downloading the drivers from the website as well as cd, a multiple times, without a favourable outcome. Is this happening because i deleted the OEM partition? my bluetooth device, is just not being detected by the entire system, what can be the solution to this? i also installed dell webcam central, but my web cam is not coming on.(please dont tell me to call dell support, because i did six times, and each time the call got disconnected abruptly) Your help will be immensely appreciated.

(Note: Consider in your suggestions and solutions, that i have pretty much tried the basic solutions, like updating drivers, uninstalling, and then reinstalling drivers, not once but multiple times, installed bios, which said i was updated to the latest version, and also installed quick set driver.)

Hello nihar b,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

After a re-installation of the operating system, you need to install all the drivers in a specific order so that there is no issues with the drivers.

Please follow the link below and the steps to resolve the issue.

Log on to http://www.support.dell.com > Click on Drivers and Downloads > Enter your service tag or click on Choose from a list of all Dell products and select your system type > Once the drivers page download all the required drivers for your system.

Once downloaded follow the link below to know the correct order to install drivers.

Note: Rename the drivers at the time of download so that you know which ones to install first and so on.
