Do you think he likes me?

I met this guy about a month and a half ago.
We met each other on twitter and quickly became friends. (he found me and decided to befriend me because we're both kpop lovers)
So, he is an owner of a twitter page and about 3 weeks ago, he asked me to admin the group with him, he gave me the password and everything and now we're taking care of the group together.

Well, truth is, I actually really like him. But I don't know if he likes me back.
He texts me everyday, but it's never just a 'hey, what's up?' is always something about the twitter page that we have together. He'll just find something to text me.

Something he does that frustrates me is that he will read my message, go offline and talk to me after a few hours about something irrelevant. It kind of frustrates me because I want to keep the conversation going. (he does this VERY OFTEN)

I think he likes me because he texts me everyday, we have nicknames for each other (and it's even his whatsapp name too), he says he can't trust anyone to admin the group with him (in a way saying that he trusts me a lot).

I have my doubts because he sometimes seems cold (like for example tonight. I was like 'goodnight~ gonna sleep now!~' and he was like 'yeah nights.' I was like 'you ok? Why so cold?' he read it and came online after I sent it but didn't reply.) and because he reads my messages but decides only to reply an hour or two later.
