What do you do when someone shamelessly reposts something on facebook that they saw on reddit?
Someone literally copied and pasted something they saw on Reddit and posted it on Facebook without crediting Reddit. I know because I just saw it on Reddit a couple minutes ago and laughed. Should I out them for taking credit for someone else's joke?

You should "out them". Sharing jokes with people is terrible and a disgrace to the original joke teller. Jokes should never be retold or retyped except the chicken joke because everyone has already heard it.
