For OFFICIAL use, 1st priority is that the phone's OS should never get affected by viruses, so that all the data remains secure. That's why, I would suggest u to go for Apple iPhone 5 or wait till January 30th & get the latest BlackBerry with OS 10. According to McAfee & Norton (antivirus brands), iOS & BlackBerry OS are the only two OS's of mobile phones, which are robust, not prone to viruses; whereas Android is the OS which tops the ranking when it comes to chances of virus attack & insecurity. Windows Phones are also prone to viruses since this OS is nothing but an optimized version of Desktop/Laptop's Windows OS; and we all know how many viruses are there for Windows XP/Vista/7/8..!!

So, please go for Apple's iOS or BlackBerry OS phones, if information security, official use is your 1st priority. I hope this has helped u.
