Is it illegal to make a fake facebook of someone else?
A friend found a fake facebook account that was not him. It was his name and town he lived in. It did NOT have a picture or any othe information. It had a bunch of rainbows on the page. It was quickly deleted.

It was actually funny to me but he did not think it was at all. Is it illegal? The page was not trashing him at all it just had rainbows.

No, it is not illegal, it could be considered harassment but that's kind of it.
