I need to earn money and I'm 13, would small buisnesses like dry-cleaners let me build websites for them?
Would they pay me to basically give them a website? And if so, how much could I charge per site?

This greatly depends on your skills and the kind of website you can build for them. If you are fairly good and can provide additional value such as social media icons, image sliders, free images etc., you can probably charge a few hundred dollars.
