Help with Apple ID please?

I got a new iPod for Christmas and I wanted to buy a movie on it so I went to iTunes and it said that I need to answer my security questions because it has never been used on this device before. Well I didn't know the answers so it gave me a website and it would send the answers to my old email. I don't know the password to my old email either, and so I need to change the email that it is going to send the answers too. But I don't know how. Help, please!
