Will a person on facebook get a notification for this?
There was this girl I like who was tagged in one of her friends pictures and I clicked "like" on the picture even though it was her friend who uploaded the picture. I was wondering would she get a notification on facebook saying "So and so likes a picture you were tagged in"?

no it doesn't. the person who uploaded it gets a notification, they people who are tagged only get a notification from either being tagged in it or someone commenting, not likes.
