Why am I losing my internet connection when playing FarmVille and other Facebook games?

Is anyone else on here having problems with this? How can I fix it?

I already uninstalled and reinstalled flash player, cleared the cache in my browser (I am using Firefox) and ran a virus and spyware scan, but they didn't solve the issue.

Also, I'm still getting 'out of sync' messages and the games make me refresh the page and I end up losing any points and coins I earned from harvesting, plowing, etc... and have to do everything all over again.

just dont play farmville and other games cause it wont do anything in ur life,i play farmvile and other games like everyday i play it after schol and i do my homework at night and always sleep at 3:00 am,i susgest u 2 not play those games anymore ,cause i play those game befores and my school grades in low,and now i have a honor award and good grade,im just sayig wat's good 4 ya
