No, imvu is just a chat site where you can create your avatar to look like anything you want it too ( whether being what you would want to look like, a fursona, or anything of the sort ) you can chat with anyone you want, people with the same interest and even find love. She probably just enjoys talking to people and has friends on there that she can only contact though there. Maybe even a guy she fancies. ;3
