I'm a freshmen in college and this senior boy I met over twitter has been trying to hang out with me since September and I never agreed to it because I never actually met him. I actually met him in person like 2 weeks ago and I actually made plans to hang out with him 3 times. All three times he pretty much bailed on me. He'll go do other stuff without saying anything to me and then not saying anything to me that whole day. I arranged those 3 times. He'll be quick to text me at 1 and 12 in the morning trying to hang out I've never agreed to that. What's going on?
