Yahoo has locked me out of my account, even though I have all the correct information, how do I fix this?

Back in 2009 I made a yahoo account to use for facebook, so my normal email wouldn't be spammed up with notifications from facebook. Recently, I changed my facebook password, and I forgot it. I simply went to log into my yahoo account so I could reset my facebook password, and for some reason yahoo says I need to put in my safety question, which I don't remember. I have an alternate email synced to the account, so I have reset the password a couple times, but it still won't allow me to log in, so basically, I lost my facebook until I can recover this. Can anyone help me?.
