Apps won't play sound on ipad2.?

All my music plays on iTunes but on games where music is needed like sound effects and speaking on the game It doesn't play

I noticed this when me and my friend was playing on the same app next to each other

I looked on all my options and I can't find the solution

I may of unselected an option, I don't know?
