My facebook account sends spam e-mails automatically to my friends how can I get this to stop?

I think it is some type of virus.. 2 of my family members clicked the e-mails and now they are sending e-mails too.. how do we stop all of this? What caused it?

Changing your password usually works. I believe they are bots that have hacked your account.

Odds are you have done one of those dodgy facebook quizzes where you have to allow permission for wall posting. It is actually your fault because you would have clicked allow permission to get your result.

I recommend changing your password and maybe investing in a new email.
