my little sister used my computer to check her facebook, and shes been having a lot of troubles lately and so i really want to check it out, and see if i should be worried..
i know it is disrespectful, but this is more serious than it seems.
i found alot of ways, that needed a download, but im afraid to because i don't want to get a virus..

Short of using an imaging software to make an image of your computer and using a data forensics kit used by computer investigators to analyze the disk, you can't. Do not download anything, you are right to worry about viruses.

Why not ask her instead?

Download a key logger. I know u don't want to but its the best way. Btw she wouldnt tell him anyway.
