How do I get rid of a virus app from facebook?

I deleted it from my apps, but it keeps posting on my status. It's the "What was my first status update" application

Try contacting facebook admin.

go to privacy setting

go to application setting

on the target app, click on block access

I have to delete my account to get rid on the virus. But it take 14 days but then I'll start a new account but you should notify your friends.
