How have TV and radio stations utilised Social Media to expand the viewer base?
I'm writing an expert presentation for university and this is my topic ^
Any ideas or opinions? Or do you know of any websites i could go to for info/statistics?

Uhm, by joining the social media. All news stations have their own fb and twitter account. Not really that difficult.
