How do you get rid of a facebook virus that's affecting your account?

Hey does anyone know how I would go about fixing some kinda facebook virus I apparently got....it isn't messing up my computer or anything but it's made it 2 where I can't add friends or fan pages on my account....If anyone has any suggestions PLEASE let me know! Thnx!
