Why wont facebook allow me to do this help please?

OK< so ALL the photos ive tried to upload as mah cova pic was BIG ENOUGH! But facebook said it wasn't, i mean what the hell man! Help me please...why wont facebook let me?

you can see the size it says and then choose the one you liked into Photoshop and then upload it ,that's easy
