Nokia lumia 800 advice needdd?

Okay so I just recently got the Nokia lumia 800 and I've checked the hints and tips and help and how to apps but I found them to be vague.

I was wondering if there is any way to a) asign pictures to a contact with ease, instead of going onto Facebook downloading the profile pic and then re asigning it again if they change their profile picture. Is there a way to rapidly do this or do it to all contacts at once
B) is there a way to screenshot or prints screen on the phone ?

I would rather not do this by downloading apps or jailbreaking the phone any advice would be great thanks.

by signing into your facebook account on the phone
the contact photos will automatically be assigned to each contact and when that person changes his profile picture the picture on the phone will also change on its own
and no there isn't screenshot is only available on windows phone 8 devices
