As Becky says Social Networks, (especially public facing ones, like Twitter). As you said, you don't have "that many" friends/followers so something like Twitter or MySpace where anyone can read it.

Try also forums.

I don't know what subject your videos are about so it's hard to offer exact help, but you'll want to go to a site that specializes in that topic.

For example the site: http://ytgaming.com/ (Short for Youtube Gaming) let's you post video game related videos directly on their site.

Look for other similar sites on your topic.
