Artist's insight needed please!?
For Valentines day Im making, sort of a scrapbook of our memories together but instead of putting pictures in it Im putting the specific date, then drawing a picture of the moment/memory, and then a paragraph of what the memory was about. Well I'm a little lost on what to draw for 2 moments in particular. I cant think of what to draw for the moment when he first told me he liked me, or for the moment when he first told me he Loved me. This happened years ago on Facebook so I cant actually draw where we were or something. So a little inspiration please? Anything realistic or abstract. Ive been doing everything in black in white for an elegant look. Please and thank you!Smile

If it was me, I'd do something abstract and use color instead of black and white. Color does a much better job of giving you a feeling or emotion. How did you feel when that moment happened?

Colors:
Bright colors do a good job expressing happiness and excitement. If you want it to be happy and calming instead you can add some white to your bright colors so they're softer and less intense.

Shapes:
Large curved lines and rounded shapes express calmness, especially if they're mainly horizontal. (it reminds your brain of a horizon, or looking at the ocean or sunset)
Small repetitive curved lines or rounded shapes make you feel more excited or like you're listening to something with a good beat.
