PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY NEW PHONE!?
I just got the samsung galaxy s vibrant and Im having problems with the 3g ,when im trying to load something that uses network, it stops for a moment and then it continues and the stops and so on, I dont know why, the phone is a t-mobile company but i have a simple mobile chip ( I've had it for 3 years now if that helps) supposedly this is a 4g phone but the network is really slow and im guessing its because of the company im with right now. Does anyone know what i can do to fix the 3g thing going on and off?
Also, I have another problem, I use facebook a lot of course, and I downloaded the app, and its really slow, the 3g thing goes on and off again, but the weird part is that the app itself doesnt "fully load" it just looks like its not complete and this also happens when i go to facebook on the browser. What could this be? Just FYI, I dont have any adobe flash player or adobe reader app installed on my phone but im not sure if that could be it. so is this a network problem or a phone problem? the "play store" is not even updated on this phone because its still called "market" and it doesnt show me all of the apps the android market has, how do i know? before this phone i had the samsung priust and it worked fine, was updated, and it was older than this phone i have now so what should i do? Sad im not enjoying my new phone that i saved up money for so long Sad

You might have went past your Data plan and you're now on the 2G speed. Or you're in an area where it cuts in and out of 3G/4G with 2G. I've had tmobile for almost 3 years, and hate them. They suck. Lol Maybe I helped.
