What are some fun websites for an 10 year old?

My daughter is in to stuff like Neopets and Club Penguin, sites that involve a lot of interaction between the player and the site, so do you recommend any other sites? Please remember she's only in 5th grade so no social media sites (i.e, Facebook, Twitter) and no sites that would deem inappropriate or boring for a 10 year old.

I have no idea about web sites for kids.....but...my daughter and son in law use youtube for Mickey/Minnie Mouse and a bunch of other stuff for the little curly top..she is 3 1/2. Like me they do not bother with cable tv...so using these youtube video's, and there may be alot more stuff, they have 100% control of what she watches. I suggest looking into that aspect as well. My expertise runs the line of Electronic Security/CCTV and other things electronic...I mention this as I did not allow computer access to my daughters when young, nor did I load any games telling them I bought a computer that would not run those programs....since I was fixing the stuff daily they took my word...and for some reason my TV could never get the channel Rosanne Barr was on either....go figure.

Now I need to annoy children wanting to be Special Forces and SEALS...they think getting shot at for real is like the games.

Edit: Seems the nut bag opened while I was typing. I only have experience bagging embezzlers....take the above as gospel or sarcasm to look back on the 100% control.
