Defense: Martin was out late to buy weed. Zimmerman questioned him, Martin pushed him/fight ensued. Just cause?

Fact: Martin was going to his dad's house. No drugs were involved.

Fact: Martin was unarmed and only had skittles and a packet of Lipton iced tea in his pocket.

Fact: Zimmerman has an arrest record which includes resisting arrest, assault & battery.

Fact: Police have so far refused to arrest Zimmerman, saying Zimmerman has a squeaky clean record when, in fact, Zimmerman has an arrest record a mile long and people around the neighborhood have complained about his erratic behavior before in the past.

Fact: Zimmerman appointed himself as head of the neighborhood watch when the neighborhood never appointed him head of the neighborhood watch.

Fact: During the 9-1-1 call Zimmerman specifically mentioned Martin's race. Would he have mentioned Martin's race if Trayvon was white, Asian or even Hispanic? No. The police also told Zimmerman during the call not to pursue Martin and they will take it from there. Zimmerman did not listen and went ahead and followed the teen

Fact: Trayvon Martin weighs only 140 lbs and is 17 years old. He doesn't pose a threat to anybody.
