Is it slander or defamation if u put a pic of a person in their underwear on their facebook?
I had an ex I wanted revenge with, so earlier before she sent me a pic of her bra and panties, and when we broke up and she was being rude to me. I posted a pic of her in her bra and panties on facebook. Can that be pursued in a criminal or civil matter.

It's not slander or defamation but it is invasion of privacy and if she's under 18, you could be facing child pornography charges.

A word to the wise, keep the photo private.
