How do I get him to ask for my number?

We have started sending messages over Twitter and it has been going like this for the past couple of days now. But the thing is, I dont get a good signal on my phone when I am at work and my company has blocked social networks so I cant reply to his messages until I get home in the afternoon.

Also, usually when I talk to guys over social media, they ask for my number after two days- this one hasn't yet :/ I dont want to come across too eager and offer my number!

Why do you want to play games with him before you're even in a relationship? If you want him to ask for your number there is a much simpler way to go about it. Give him your number.
