How much download will I use each month with my new iPhone?

Im not sure on the plan I should get with it.
100mb
200mb
500mb
1gig
2gig
3gig

I will just be dowloading a few apps a week and looking on facebook and a few sports sites, Maybe also a couple of podcasts a week also.

If you use WiFi often then you shouldn't need much of a data plan.

If you don't plan to use WiFi or rarely
2GB- If you plan to download apps, watch videos, load many images, download/stream anytype of media (audio or video).

250MB- If you plan to surf lightly. No videos, no streaming content.

In your case, the podcasts, (if downloaded through iTunes from your PC/Mac, you are good off on the 250MB as long as you don't watch videos or play audio (when you are not on WiFi)

If the podcasts download through the actual iPhone, you may want a GB data plan.
