Need help writing a resignation letter?

I currently work as a social media manager and I've been offered an amazing offer as a journalist/tv producer. My bosses are very nice so I'd like to mention that I'm moving on to something I am really passionate about. But I don't want to brag or give too many details. I was thinking of:
"After much consideration I have decided to accept another job offer that will enable me to further develop my career in broadcast journalism."
Do you have a better suggestion?

Yes.

Something like, "I am writing to inform you of my resignation from ........ Position at .......... Company. I have really enjoyed my time blah blah blah learnt a lot blah blah blah. I have been offered a position in ..... So I have decided to change direction and pursue my passion for journalism. Sad to leave as you are such a great crew blah blah blah wish you all the best etc etc"
