Apple TV stuck on computer and settings?

Yesterday I tried using my Apple TV all the menu's buttons were missing besides computer and settings. I tried unplugging it then it gets stuck on setting date and time. I then set it the Manuel way went back to the menu but still on those two options were there. What should I do? Help! 10 points to whoever helps! I tried doing this 3 times
