Myspace will sell your email address to spammers. If you get spam, its probably cause myspace sold your email.

Because myspace is a social networking site filled with teenagers, and people who pose as teenagers that lure kids in. People end up getting raped, killed, and kidnapped. Im always hearing sad myspace stories but ive never heard a facebook story.

Facebook was made for high school networking. basically if you say your with ronald high (example) and you dont go there your account gets deleted. so pretty much you cant be fake on facebook where as you can on myspace.

I recently just signed up for facebook because my mom uses it. Its not as overrated as myspace and its a lot safer and cleaner.

Viruses...because you can download your own background, people have a lot of viruses attached to their pages...and you can pick up so many computer viruses on all of those stupid "design your own myspace background" websites.

Also, I think a lot of people feel that Facebook is more private than MySpace. Though you can choose to make your MySpace page visible to only friends, most people have very public pages that anyone can see. Facebook is usually set so only friends can see your page. You can even set it so nobody can search or find you...and people can only be your "friend" if you request them (they can't request you).

it's not.
Facebook encourages you to put your first and last name when you sign up.
