IPod 4th generation Help!!!?

I want to know if i could use instagram on an IPod 4th generation touch? Also i want to know can you call and text people, and get on the internet and websites like Facebook, Twitter Etc. Im getting one next month and i just want to know everything before hand. Thanks for your help

Yes instagram works fine you can text to other iPods or iPhones for free but you can get apps that let you test over wifi to other phones but do cost a lot Facebook and every thing els work if you have wifi (bt home hub, sky hub etc)

yes you can get instagram and you can text message people if you have wifi. there are calling and texting apps but they require wifi. you can get the 5g for siri and additional things like that
