How to ask out a celebrity (not super famous)?

Alright, I am not going to meantion her name. but I want to ask out this girl at a convention. We haves talked on Twitter and she has 6,000 followers. She knows who I am and is going to a convention I suggested she should go to. She is really pretty, but not super famous. No friends or people I know who she is. How can I ask her out or what should I do before I ask her out. Like should I do this on Twiiter so she can like me more. What should I do??? The convention is in about a month.

If she's not 'uber' famous then she wouldn't want any different from any other girl. Try talking to her on twitter, if she knows who you are it shouldn't be too hard to grab her attention and just chat about what ever you have in common. By doing this you can also try and tell if you really do like her and it isn't just a crush. However, after all that, when/if you do meet at this convention you'll feel like you already know her and won't feel as awkward around her. That might help when asking her out!
