Perhaps you used internet usage before the 'goody bag' came into effect. They sometimes take up to 30 mins on networks to register it to your account.

Call customer services and ask.

The £5 goodybag doesn't include data, so you will have been charged per megabyte (MB) for data usage. I know you bought the BerryBag, as you said so in your question, but this only covers BlackBerry stuff, such as BBM, etc. Ordinary data use, such as web browsing, etc is not included in the goodybag, so you will have been charged for that. This includes background services, such as the phone checking for emails, Facebook updates, etc. If you want to use data like this, you will need to buy at least a £10 goodybag, which will give you 1gb of data, or a £12 goodybag to get unlimited data - plus your £3 BlackBerry add on. This will cost a total of £13 or £15 per month, depending on the option you choose.

The only alternative to keep the costs down, is to switch off the network data completely on the phone. This will allow you to use calls and texts, as well as your BB services, but no data, unless you are on wifi.
