Iphone 4s apps/ data question...?

I have an AT&T IPhone 4s well im curious if I download the facebook and IheartRadio app will it constantly charge me data or will it only charge it if I use them not on wifi? hope this makes sense thanks alot
I always log out of facebook whenever Im done so I don't get the constant texts from them, so will I still be charged?

And I think you need to wash your mouth out with soap before speaking and go run over your hands before typing something rude to me again

iheart will only charge you data usage when you use it

facebook, cause it has post/comment notifications, is constantly connected to facebook.com (the internet)... though the data usage is small, it is still using data in the background.

You should be fine as you can always close the apps.

When using a wi fi hotspot, no charges are made to your phone when using data services. To prevent data allowance being used when you're not in a hot spot, tap on settings, then tap on notificiations and turn off notifications for any apps that require an internet connection.
