He is Stalking me!! (10points)?

I have a stalker....Yes i know its weird and to me its just annoying. So he's like 12 turning 13 this year and its very awkward sometimes but annoying to me. And this boy has been in this school longer than me and so far he knows almost every little detail about me. He know where i was born and raised and what happened in my life and stuff he even knows my phone number and area code its just frigging weird. And he is a kinda odd kid he doesn't talk to anyone he has a very high pitched voice and when I'm by myself he would follow me and stare at me very awkwardly. Im not trying to be mean or anything but I'm just saying that i want it to stop. He follows me and my best friend every where once when we were at the mall he saw us and started following us all over that place. On Facebook he has like 5 different accounts and he sent me friend request to each on of them and on instagram, twitter, youtube, and kik. All he does is take random pics and tags me in them and i just block him because its creepy and weird. And please don't say I'm mean or anything but i do talk to him sometimes but when i try to talk to him it leads into some sort of history lesson. I just want him to stop following me, stop tracking me down, i honestly don't want him to know anything about me and i don't even know how he knew everything about me but its really weird and I'm not that type of person that speaks there business to the world ok. and I'm 14 turning 15 and he is like 12 turning 13 btw.

SO i can someone tell me a nice way to tell him to stop following me cause I'm just getting annoyed with it.

what you should do is ask questions about how he got your number and area code and how he knows where you live. just confront him and just tell him that your really uncomfortable and stuff.
