Just a few questions about Let's Playing?

I am a person, who is hoping to start a Let's Play, but I am stuck on a few things, and need advice.
For the note, I am not doing it just to get subscribers or anything, I simply need something else to do other than schooling. School, don't get me wrong, I'm happy to educate myself, but, it's just... The school I personally go to is so crappy I've been in a depression ever since I started.
It seems like the only thing I did, was watch other's LP games and I enjoyed it so very much. It was a thing I was putting off until I was older so that I had an adult voice. But it's safe to say that I need a hobby to get my mind off things that depress me.

But, I'd love to have an audience. I'd love to be able to connect with people who I feel enjoy what I do, because it's a nice feeling to be appreciated. And, if a game I LP gives options to nickname characters or something along those lines, I'd love to get viewers to interact and give out ideas..

(1) How do I get an audience, even if it is just a small one?

(2) I am only 13, I was keeping LPing as a thing for when I was 16, but I need a distraction now. Would my age affect my overall success?

(3) How does one go around to choosing a game to LP?

(4) Is a Dazzle a mediocre or good recording device?

(5) I am a normal, free Youtube user. Is there a limit to the length of videos I can upload? What is it?

(6) Any other little tips?

When I do receive my dazzle in the mail, I plan to start with a small project. My Youtube username is ShiiLemon, and if you could just check up on me every now and then and give me some constructive criticism, that would be very much appreciated.

1) you have to get the word out somehow
2) If it is obvious you are young (high voice) people may start making fun of your videos
3)just pick any game you are interested it
4)I don't use dazzle so I'm not sure
5)I don't think there is a limit, cause there are heaps of 10 hour videos on YouTube
6) if you enjoy LPing and are happy while doing it the audience will respond to it better

Hmmm, good question...I'm 13 too, and I was also thinking about doing lp's.. what a coincidence, but i follow up on a tiny bit of advice for me, and ill share it with you!
If you atleast want an audience then ADVERTISE your videos.There's a share button on youtube, if you have a facebook, twitter,etc, then that button comes very handy! and i think when you first upload your video to youtube, they put it on the front page. well, atleast thats what i've heard.

Your at the perfect age group for a youtube channel. but still, at your age, there's alot of privacy rules. but anyways back on-topic- Your age will NOT affect what you wanna do. it's your choice, and your old enough to do it. if people wanna bash you with rude comments then just ignore them. some people might say that "your age now is not suitable for something like this now". but still, it's your dream, go ahead and follow, and i know you will do just fine.


(3) How does one go around to choosing a game to LP?

Well, i'm doing sims 3, but it depends on what you like, like if you like mincecraft, freerealms, wizards101..etc. you can't just choose your game based upon of what your audience likes, choose a game that you like, and the people that agree with you will accept it.

I've never heard of that? could you provide more details into what it is? like is it a free screen recorder, or webcam?

How long have you been on youtube? How many videos have you uploaded. The shaytards have uploaded over 1,000 videos. so i think you can upload about just that much & more. & the length is 15 Minutes.

(6) Any other little tips?

Do what you like. If you get rude comments IGNORE them. you always have to learn to get over obstacles and face them.
