I am an Indian. I found a mobile social networking software qeep. So am sign up the qeep. They telling, for each referral we get $1. Is it true? Which are their payout methods?

I don't know how to answer your question, but I'll correct an answer made.

The internet is NOT a cash machine, I'll give you that, but everything else is wrong. Surveys do work, just read the * part. You'll have to sign up to 50 different ads, do all this crazy stuff, then you'll get your reward. Varolo for instance, is a great example of people making money on both sides. Referrals are basically people paying you to spam people with their ads, which works exponentially.
