There is a 17 yr old boy having intercourse with a 19 yr old woman, this is illegal since he is a minor and she can be charged with a misdemeanor. The only evidence I have is that she "retweeted" this on twitter:: Your sex takes me to paradise ~
Would this be enough evidence to show the police if I take a picture? (this is in the state of california)
Where I live this is illegal

You don't even need a photo just tell them a friend of yours saw the tweet and they'll convict.
You are aware that this lady in question will be on a list for life right, and won't be able to rent an apartment or find a job ever again.
