I wish for the same guy. My thought is telling people to subscribe you.....uploading alot of vids relating to everything from movies to games to music to life in general and make alot of comments.

1) Name your video file with relevant keywords before you upload to YouTube.

2) Title your movie with catchy keywords AND BE SURE TO DO YOUR RESEARCH.

3) Fill out the video description with at least 2 - 3 paragraphs of text.

4) Put all the keywords from the title and description in the "tags" section.

5) Share your video with all your friends.

6) Make a video response to an already popular video on YouTube.

7) Encourage sharing, allow comments, video responses and embedding of your video.

8 ) Embed your new video prominently on your website to create 2 way traffic.

9) Have your fellow bloggers reference or embed the video on their site as well.

You can have a lot of YouTube views & subscribers by making good and entertaining videos that everyone could enjoy, focus on one topic, upload frequently and have a nice video with a good layout.
Also try to promote your videos, ask your friends to help you out. Share your videos on a social network site (remember DON'T spam). Do giveaways, respond to your viewers comments.

I have watched a couple people go from a few fans to over 50,000 fans. Here's what I know:

You need to be 100% sure you want to focus on YouTube. COMPLETELY dedicated. If you have any experience with media and that kind of stuff, then you need to put it out there and let everyone know through your video descriptions and social media. Most famous YouTube people have a crew to do things such as editing, filming, and publicizing. You don't have that yet. So publicize yourself in a good way. Don't respond to any hate comments if you run into any.

IMPORTANT: People won't watch your video if it takes too long to load a small part of it. Make sure your videos don't give people that loading issue.

If you end up making a video that you believe will become viral and the few people you showed it to think so as well, then try to get a news website to know about it.

I would recommend preparing some ideas for videos ahead of time and taking note of every little idea you get whenever you happen to get one 24/7.

You need to create an account with your perfect YouTube name on Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, and every other social media site you can think of.

Don't use the same YouTube account that you are currently using if the name isn't the one that you know will grab viewers attention.

Your YouTube name needs to be something people can remember and easily spell.

Make a theme for what your videos are going to be ahead of time. Funny videos and videos that make people smirk will make sure that people remember you. That's important.

Look at a few famous YouTube people and take note of their facial features and small things like that. Most people don't prefer to watch a video of an overweight woman with two chins unless she is pissed off about something(which would make viewers entertained). As long as whatever she is pissed off about isn't controversial. I think you get the point.

Make something that can be played at the beginning of your video like Smosh and Tobuscus do. Don't make it look serious unless you are going to try to make your videos epic and funny at the same time like Tobuscus.

I wouldn't recommend acting too jocular in your videos like Smosh does. They're funny, but mainly because they make the viewers laugh AT them and not WITH them.

You asked how to become YouTube famous. I answered you. It isn't going to be a walk in the park. But all you have to do is listen to these answers. Watch out for the people who don't know what they're talking about! I've taken courses on this subject, and I have my facts straight.
